A Buckhannon woman is being held in the Tygarts Valley Regional Jail on charges that she used her grandparents' credit card without permission several times dating back to March 2011.

Kelsey Ann Wilson, 20, of 49 Shawnee Dr., is charged with the fraudulent use of an access device. She made her first appearance Sunday in Upshur County Magistrate Court before Magistrate Juanita Adams, who set bond at $10,000. Adams also ordered that Wilson have no contact with the victims as part of the bond.

According to the complaint filed in Upshur County Magistrate Court, Wilson made at least eight transactions at various Buckhannon restaurants and a local convenience store, totaling $117.30.

The complaint stated that Wilson took the credit card and used it without obtaining permission.
