The town of Huttonsville held its elections for mayor, recorder and council on Tuesday. Eight voters turned out and each candidate received six votes, officials said.

Each of the candidates were incumbents and ran unopposed for their positions.

Robbie McAtee was re-elected for mayor and Marvela Currence retained her position as the town's recorder. Susie Thompson, Lisa Fincham, Reuben Currence, Bradley McAtee and Jedson Liggett were all re-elected to Huttonsville Town Council.

Each of the elected officials will hold their positions for a two-year term. The votes are scheduled to be canvassed on Tuesday.
