Ball to prepare fourth Celebrate Local! dinner at Adaland

Local chef, caterer and business owner Susan Gouer Ball will be the guest chef for Adaland Mansion's fourth dinner in its Celebrate Local! dinner series. Ball's training in classical French cooking, her discovery of "French peasant food" and her love and appreciation for the food of her childhood have blended into what she calls "Appalachian Peasant."
