The Rock Cave man who led authorities on an overnight manhunt while he was being investigated on sexual charges has been indicted by the Upshur County grand jury.

The charges allege that Tenney had sexual intercourse with two female victims under the age of 18 as far back as 2009 and that he inappropriately touched two females victims, both of whom were under 18, as far back as 2011.

When Tenney was being questioned at the Buckhannon detachment of the West Virginia State Police in March, he left the office and drove to a residence in southern Upshur County, according to the criminal complaint filed in Upshur County Magistrate Court.
