The Elkins-Randolph County Chamber of Commerce will hold its Legislative Update at 11:45 a.m. Jan. 2 in the Great Hall of the Randolph County Community Arts Center in Elkins.
Legislators who have been invited to discuss Randolph County issues include Sen. Gregory Tucker, D-Nicholas; Delegate Bill Hartman, D-Randolph; and Delegate Denise Campbell, D-Randolph.
Gary Clay, a member of the Chamber's Government Affairs Committee, will serve as moderator.
The event, sponsored by Kingsford, Huntington National Bank and The Manahan Group. is an opportunity for members to create a dialogue with legislators before the start of the 2014 session.
Chamber members can attend the legislative luncheon at no cost. Non-members may attend for $10 per person. The cost also covers a buffet lunch.
