Eric Ruf and Dion Wagoner are the Barbour County Chamber of Commerce Members of the Month for April.
Ruf is the Chief Operating Officer of the Belington Medical Clinic. Wagoner is the administrator of the Good Samaritan Society of Barbour County.
Ruf is a native of Parkersburg and graduate of Parkersburg High School. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Alderson-Broaddus College and a Master of Arts Degree in Educational Leadership Studies at West Virginia

Ruf was director of admissions and director of alumni relations at Alderson-Broaddus for 14 years prior to joining the Belington Clinic in 2006. He is president of the Barbour County Rest & Retirement Association, vice president of the Barbour County Board of Education, and vice president of the Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Asbury United Methodist Church in Belington.
Wagoner is a native of Point Pleasant and graduate of Point Pleasant High School. He holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Sociology from Concord College and a Masters Degree in Counseling from Marshall University.
Wagoner worked for Elkins Mountain School for 16 years before joining the Good Samaritan Society in 2008. She has been a licensed social worker since 1992. Wagoner is past president of the Randolph County FRN and a parent representative in the Belington Middle School. She received a Leadership Award in 2001.
