HICO — Kira Bircher fired in 25 points as Class A, No. 4 Pocahontas County picked up a 66-46 win over sectional foe Midland Trail on Tuesday night.

The Lady Warriors (10-3) also received 14 points, eight rebounds, seven steals and five assists from Laila Calhoun, 12 points and nine rebounds from Charity Warder and seven assists from Alexa Taylor.

Taylor Harrell led the Lady Patriots (8-4) with 17 points and 10 rebounds.

Pocahontas County will host No. 8 Tucker County on Friday night.
