Kenneth Gay Kelley, 89, of Frost, passed away with his family by his side at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital on Thursday, Jan. 23, 2025.

Services were held on Sunday, Jan. 26, 2025, from the Frost Methodist Church in Frost with Pastor Julian Rittenhouse officiating.

Burial followed in the Mountain View Cemetery in Marlinton, with Military Graveside Rites conducted by the Pocahontas County Veterans Honor Corp, along with the First Responder final call.
