Happy New Year from Barbour County! I trust that you all had a good Christmas.
School in Barbour County will resume on Wednesday.
There’s a new kid in town in Philippi.
Molly’s Ice Cream has opened on Main Street, across from the court house. They feature Hershey’s hand dipped ice cream.
I haven’t had a chance to stop in yet, but I am certainly looking forward to going there! Stop in and have a sweet treat.
Looking ahead, the Barbour County Winter Fair will take place March 8 and 9 at the Belington Fire Department.
Craft tables are $15 per space and can be reserved by calling (304) 669-6833.
