HARMAN -- Sheridan Bonner had a triple-double with 10 points, 18 rebounds and 10 blocked shots as Harman opened Class A sectional play with a 53-33 win over East Hardy on Monday night.
The Lady Panthers will now travel to Moorefield at 7 p.m. Wednesday.
Jamen Dudley added 20 points, five boards and four assists for Harman, while Alison Warner chipped in 14 points and seven rebounds, Natalie Teter five points and four rebounds and Megan Raines six points, five caroms and two assists.
“This was the most complete game by far we have played this year,” Lady Panthers coach Todd Raines said. “We started out strong and never let up.
“We moved the ball well and had different girls step up with the scoring. They had a determined look in their eyes from the start.”
Harman held the Lady Cougars to just seven points in the first half in building a 27-7 halftime edge.
