Ruby Elizabeth Menis Elza, 91, a resident of Elkins, West Virginia, departed this life Saturday evening, April 4, 2026, at Valentine’s Personal Care Home at Elkins, West Virginia, with her loving family at her side and under the care of WV Caring. She had been in declining health. The family will receive friends at the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home of Elkins from 10 a.m. to noon, Saturday, April 11, 2026.
