The Inter-Mountain photos by Taylor McKinnie Community-made scarecrows made their return to the streets of downtown Elkins this week. A project of Our Town Inc., the scarecrows are popular fall attraction for the area. The scarecrows will remain up until after the Mountain State Forest Festival on Oct. 11.
