Troy and Penni Powell announce the birth of a daughter, born at 8:39am, March 26 2021, at St. Joseph's Hospital in Buckhannon. The baby girl weighed 4 pounds and 9.4 ounces and measured 17 inches long. The baby girl has been named Olivia Elizabeth Pearl Powell, after her aunt and great-great grandmother of Missouri.

The mother is the former Penni Harris. Maternal grandparents are Mandy Landis, Brad Cosner, Kathy Johnson, Susan Harris and the late Ricky Harris. Paternal grandparents are Troy and Jodi Powell. Maternal great-grandparents are Sharon Harris, Lynda Cosner and the late Lora & Dave Rafferty, Gene Harris and Allen Cosner. Paternal great-grandparents are Sid and Mary Allsbury and Rafaleta and the late Dean Powell.
