Powell

Troy and Penni Powell announce the birth of their son, born at 12:38 p.m., Feb. 13, 2026, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Misssouri. The baby boy weighed 7 pounds 4 ounces and measured 21 inches long. The baby boy has been named Colesyn Ricky Lee Powell, after Penni’s late father.

The mother is the former Penni Harris of Elkins. Maternal grandparents are Mandy Landis, Brad Cosner, Kathy Johnson, Susan Harris and the late Ricky Harris. Paternal grandparents are Troy and Jodi Powell. Maternal great-grandparents are Lynda Cosner and the late Shirley &amd Tom Byus, Allen Cosner, Gene & Sharon Harris, and Lora & Dave Rafferty. Paternal great-grandparents are Sid and Mary Allsbury and Rafaleta and the late Dean Powell
