John and Susan Pennington of Whitmer announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Sarah Beth Pennington, to Jason Harold Howes of Rock Cave.
The bride-elect is a 2006 graduate of Harman High School and a 2015 graduate of Fred W. Eberle School of Practical Nursing. She is a licensed practical nurse at Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital Birthing Center in Weston.
Her fiance is the son of Harold and Imogene Howes of Rock Cave. He is a 1995 graduate of Buckhannon-Upshur High School and a 2011 graduate of Fred W. Eberle School of Practical Nursing. He is a licensed practical nurse employed with Interim Pediatric in home care in Bridgeport.
A July wedding has been planned. The couple will reside in Buckhannon.
