Vicky Lynn Kelley and Andrew ‘Andy’ Loughry

Vicky Lynn Kelly of Elkins, daughter of the late Fields Meadows and Icie Meadows, and John Andrew “Andy” Loughry of Elkins, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Loughry of Hudson Road, Valley Point, announce their engagement and forthcoming wedding.

The wedding is planned for 2 p.m. April 21 at the Tygart Valley Ministries Beverly Community Church in Beverly, where they both attend services. The cereomony will be performed by Pastor Curlie Ray.
