Joshua Aaron Currence and Emily Beth Sutton

Joshua Aaron Currence and Emily Beth Sutton, along with their families, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Steven and Sharon Sutton of Elkins and the granddaughter of Margie Sutton of Elkins and the late John Sutton and the late Brady and Mabel Kelly of Elkins. She is a 2005 graduate of Elkins High School and a 2009 graduate of Fairmont State University with a bachelor of science in criminal justice. She is employed at the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources.

Her fiance is the son of Billy and Lisa Currence of East Dailey and the grandson of William Currence of Mill Creek and the late Jenny Currence and Carrice Honaker of Mill Creek and the late Lowell Gibson of Slatyfork. He is a 2004 graduate of Tygarts Valley High School and is employed at Carter Roag Coal Mine.

A Sept, 1 wedding is planned at Camp Pioneer in Beverly. The couple will reside in Elkins.
