Thomas and Valerie Phillips of Elkins announce the engagement and forthcoming wedding of their daughter, Harley Nicole Phillips, to Hank Wesley Stevens, son of Deanna Romans of Elkins.

The bride-elect is a 2016 graduate of Elkins High School and has recently obtained her EMT-B certification. She works as a CNA and volunteers her time as a volunteer cheerleading coach at Elkins High School.

Her fiance is a 2014 graduate of Elkins High School and works as a heavy equipment operator at Associated Pipeline in Salem.

A private ceremony will be held June 15.

They will reside in Valley Bend.
