Tiffanie Toler of Beverly and Donald Lambert of Elkins announce their engagement and forthcoming wedding.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Rachel Kelly and Keith Toler and granddaughter of Virgie and Donald Reed. She attends Davis & Elkins College and will graduate this spring.

Her fiance is the son of John and Crystal Lambert of Elkins. He is the grandson of Deborah Kay Light of Elkins and the late Albert Perry Shreve. He is a 2018 graduate of Glenville State College and a member of the West Virginia Air National Guard.

Their wedding is planned for Oct. 17, 2020, in Elkins.
