BUCKWHEAT AND PANCAKE BREAKFAST: Randolph Lodge IOOF will host a sourdough buckwheat breakfast from 7 a.m. until noon today, at the Lodge Hall on the Beverly Five-lane. Breakfast will include sourdough buckwheat cakes, regular pancakes, biscuits and gravy, sausage, milk, coffee and orange juice.
HELVETIA COMMUNITY FAIR: will be today and Sunday. Today, vendors exhibits will be offered from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a parade at 2 p.m. and a square dance from 8-11 p.m. On Sunday, a run/walk will be at 9 a.m., with vendors, exhibits and games from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
SPAY-GHETTI DINNER: The 11th annual Randolph County Humane Society Spay-ghetti Dinner will be today from 4-7 p.m. at Orchard Hall in Elkins. Tickets are available at the shelter, from board members, at various sites around town, and on the RCHS website at www.rchswv.org. The famous St. Patrick's Guild of Coalton spaghetti and meatballs will be featured,.
