CATHOLIC CHURCH BELIEFS AND PRACTICES CLASSES: Interested in becoming a part of St. Brendan & St. Patrick Faith Community, already a member, or curious about what Catholics believe and practice? Rev. Jim O'Connor and Deacon Raymond Godwin will hold a "Five-Week Inquiry Class" of the basic beliefs and practices of the Catholic Church. Come join us for an hour or so each week as we discuss the following topics: God the Father, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, Mary [Jesus' Blessed Mother], Salvation, and other topics. RANDOLPH COUNTY ASSOCIATION OF RETIRED SCHOOL PERSONNEL: will meet Friday, Sept. 29, at the Steer Steakhouse in Elkins. The meeting will begin at 12:30 p.m. WV Caring will present the program.
