WEDNESDAY PICKIN': will again take place on the campus of Davis & Elkins College, in the lobby of the Boiler House Theatre, sponsored by the Augusta Heritage Center and D&E, every Wednesday until June (except for Thanksgiving Week and Christmas Week). The Country Music Jam Sessions run from 4:30-6:30 p.m. and the Old-Time Music Jam Sessions run from 6:30-9 p.m. All acoustic instruments are welcome, as well as singers and listeners. RECLAIMING YOUR POWER: a dialog about freedom, family and country with Teresa Toriseva, will be held Thursday, Nov. 16 beginning at 5 p.m. at the Kump House on Randolph Avenue in Elkins. Toriseva is founder and CEO of Toriseva Law in Wheeling and 1st Vice-Chair of the West Virginia Democratic Party. Following her talk will be an informal Q and A.
