SQUARE DANCE: will be Sunday, Dec. 31 from 7-9:30 p.m. at the Arts Center in Elkins. Squares will be called by Taylor Runner. The band will be Gerry Milnes and friends. Joyce Rossbach will call some contras. No partner or experience is necessary. There will be instruction. The dance is brought to you by the Elkins Barn Dance Collectives, in cooperation with the Augusta Heritage Center. No alcohol is allowed. There is a cost for those over 12 years old.
TOPS 0590 MILL CREEK: meets at the Russell Memorial Library in Mill Creek every Wednesday. Weigh-in is from 10:30-10:45 a.m. Meeting following weigh in. For information contact Jane Robinson at 304 338-6403.

WEDNESDAY PICKIN': takes place on the campus of Davis & Elkins College in the lobby of the Boiler House Theatre, sponsored by the Augusta Heritage Center and D&E, every Wednesday (except for holiday weeks). Country Music Jam Sessions run from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and the Old-Time Music Jam Sessions run from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. All acoustic instruments are welcome, as well as singers and listeners.
