SPAY-GHETTI DINNER: The Randolph County Humane Society will serve the famous St. Patrick's Guild of Coalton's spaghetti with meatballs on Saturday, Feb. 24, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Phil Gainer Community Center in Elkins. The menu will consist of spaghetti with meatballs, salad, beverage and dessert. This event supports RCHS' efforts to prevent pet overpopulation in Randolph County.

SQUARE DANCE: will be Thursday, Feb. 29 from 7-9 p.m. at Big Timber in Elkins. No experience is necessary. The band will be Born Old, and the caller will be Tony Minney. There will be a cost for admission.

WINTER WALK AT GLENDALE PARK: will be Saturday, March 2 at 10 a.m. Sponsored by the Elkins Tree Board, this event will focus on winter tree identification and birding. Dress warmly and bring binoculars if you wish. Meet at the first pavilion on the left at Glendale Park, Elkins entrance.

BENEFIT COMEDY SHOW: at Jimbo's of Elkins on Tuesday, March 5 will be an evening of laughter, food and fun with local comedian Bobby Benavides. The cost includes an "all you can eat" taco bar. Doors will open at 6 p.m. with the show beginning at 7 p.m. There are no advance ticket sales, so officials suggest arriving early and bringing friends. Sponsored by Randolph County Dems.
