RTC students inducted into Honor Society

ELKINS -- On March 19, an outstanding group of Randolph Technical Center students were inducted into the 2024 National Technical Honor Society (NTHS).

Eight seniors and 10 juniors were honored as new inductees based on their skill development and academic success in their Career & Technical courses. A luncheon prepared by Mr. Peter Daley's Pro-Start students was held prior to the ceremony and enjoyed by the new inductees, parents, and guests.

Advisor Nicole McKisic led the induction ceremony, emphasizing that the NTHS rewards excellence in workforce education, develops self-esteem and pride, and encourages students to reach for higher levels of achievement.

In preparation for the recognition portion of the induction, second-year members Emma Judy and Ashton White participated in the ceremony and lit the NTHS candles representing knowledge, skill, honesty, service, responsibility, scholarship, citizenship, and leadership.

The following students were then inducted as new members of the 2024 National Technical Honor Society: Seniors Emma Arbogast-Morgan, Justin Brazau, Emerson Haddix, Elliot Hart, Brian Jones, Macie Romero, Braelynn Sparks-Tanner, and Amayah Young, and juniors Rhyleigh Arbogast, Taylor Arnold, Karah Bennett, Hannah Bonnett, Chloe Helzer, Aiden Lambert, Brooklyn Long, Miles Maynard, Jaylen Tacy and Zoey White.

The Randolph Technical Center wishes to congratulate these students who personify the attributes of this organization and represent excellence in Career & Technical Education.
