ELKINS -- Jonothan Smith has passed the educational and testing requirements to become a licensed real estate agent in the state of West Virginia.
Smith grew up in Richmond, Virginia, but spent many summers visting his grandparents, Coy and Maytle Lambert, on their farm in Randolph County. Later, Jonothan and his wife, Rachel, would visit his grandparents in the summer to get a break from the city life.
After their daughter, Raina-Ann was born, they decided on a different lifestyle for their daughter and ended up purchasing their dream home in Valley Head. They have since added a son named Colt.
He was a meat cutter for 19 years in Richmond before moving to Randolph County where he worked at the Huttonsville Correctional Center for four years. He is also well-versed in computer systems and is excited about his real estate career.
