ELKINS -- Twenty-Second Family Court Circuit Judge Lori Haynes will be performing Christmas weddings from 9 a.m. to noon on Thursday, Dec. 19, in her courtroom in Suite 202, 32 Randolph Avenue, Elkins.
The courtroom will be decorated for the event, officials said.
