Submitted photo Courtney Norman passed her LPN board exams on Feb. 21, after graduating from the Randolph Technical Center LPN program on Feb. 14. She was first hired at Elkins Rehabilitation & Care Center in August 2011 as a certified nursing assistant. She worked her way up through the ranks, serving in positions such as activity aide and in the transportation department. Norman, at right, is pictured with Autumn Elza, ERCC’s director of nursing. Elza presented Norman with a congratulatory gift which included flowers.
