ELKINS–The Planning Commission meeting is Thursday, July 10, at 3:30 p.m. at the RCDA – West Virginia Wood Technology Center, 10 Eleventh Street. This committee will review, discuss, and consider a draft comprehensive plan for the City.

City Council will meet Thursday, July 10, at 7 p.m. at the Phil Gainer Community Center, 142 Robert E. Lee Ave. Extension. As of press time, the agenda has not been published. Utility and in-city Fire & Rescue Fee bills have been mailed and are due July 20. Utility shutoffs are scheduled for Tuesday, July 8 for unpaid water bills that were due June 20.

FY 2025 2nd quarter B&O bills have been mailed and are due July 31.
