MILL CREEK -- Valley Health Care is pleased to welcome Jennifer Lambert, CFNP, to its team of dedicated providers.
Jennifer will begin seeing patients at the Mill Creek location in July, expanding access to primary care services for individuals and families in the community.
Jennifer is a certified family nurse practitioner with extensive experience in clinical care.
She has served in various nursing roles throughout her career, including in emergency care and family practice settings.
Her broad background enables her to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for patients of all ages.
"I look forward to getting to know my patients and building lasting relationships as we work together to support their health and well-being," said Lambert.

Valley Health Care is proud to highlight the growth of its pediatric care offerings with Family Nurse Practitioner Misti Elmore, FNP-C, now serving children and families at both the Valley Health Care locations in Mill Creek and in Elkins.
With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, including more than a decade in direct patient care and clinical leadership, Elmore brings a compassionate and experienced approach to pediatric health.
Her focus on pediatric care aligns with Valley Health Care's commitment to expanding access to high-quality healthcare for children in the communities we serve.

Elmore earned her Master of Science in Nursing from West Virginia Wesleyan College and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Davis & Elkins College. Her background includes emergency medicine, outpatient services, and hands-on leadership in both clinical and administrative roles.
Now accepting pediatric patients from infancy through adolescence, Elmore looks forward to partnering with parents to help children thrive through all life's stages.
