ELKINS -- The Elkins-Randolph County Chamber (ERCCC) invites the community to "shine bright" for an evening of fun, food and fundraising at Denim & Diamonds, taking place Saturday, Aug. 23 at the Dakan Arena at Camp Pioneer.
Gates will open at 5:15 p.m.. and the excitement will begin promptly at 6:15 p.m. with the highly anticipated Bridleless Horse Show -- a breathtaking display of horsemanship and skill.
The night will continue with a live DJ, delicious food, unique shopping and plenty of opportunities to mingle, dance and celebrate our vibrant community.
A portion of the proceeds will benefit 4-H Camp Pioneer, supporting their programs and facilities.
Vendors & Food
This year's vendor lineup will feature 3rd Street Tattoo with permanent jewelry, Medved Farms Hat Bar, Clementine's Closet, and more.
Food options include Gingsrollsandpancit, Sarah's Backyard Country Creations, and A'La Board Plates & Platters.
Tickets & Tables
Tickets can be purchased individually, as well as in a table of eight. Tickets include admission to the event and access to a drink at the Northern Eagle vendor spot. Your ticket also covers line dancing classes leading up to the event.

Tickets will also be sold through the end of the Barbour County Fair.
The winner will be announced Tuesday, Sept. 2 (the day after Labor Day).

Horseback Arrivals
& Stall Rentals
Several guests are planning to "ride in" on horseback to this year's Denim & Diamonds.
Best blinge- out horse will receive a prize!
Stall Reservations (Required):
– $40 per stall -- must be prepaid directly to Camp Pioneer (no refunds)
– Reservations and payment due by Thursday, Aug. 21, 2025
– Stalls labeled and unlocked for you
– Riders must bring water buckets; one horse per stall
– Current Coggins form required (email/mail with payment)

Camping &
Lodging Options
Camping: Campsites available at Camp Pioneer -- must be reserved and paid in advance via Camp Pioneer's website.
Deadline: Thursday, Aug. 21. No refunds. Sites labeled with your name.
Lodging: The Trails at Filescreek is also a lodging option for attendees looking for a comfortable stay near the event.

Before the event begins, join in at 4:30 p.m. at the Dakan Arena for a special ribbon-cutting honoring Sarah's Backyard Country Creations--a brand-new local business we're excited to welcome to the Chamber community.
