ELKINS — The Elkins-Randolph County Chamber proudly hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Sept. 9, to celebrate Lindsay Ketterman, a Comparion Insurance agent, and her continued commitment to serving the local community with personalized, comprehensive insurance solutions.
