Crew Responds to Car Fire

The Inter-Mountain photo by Beth Henry-Vance Lt. Robbie Moyer, left, and members of the Beverly Volunteer Fire Department respond Wednesday to a car fire along Files Creek Road. No injuries were reported, and Moyer said he just happened to be in the right place at the right time. The fire truck was traveling to the Randolph County 4-H Camp for a children’s water activity when he spotted the car on fire. ‘It was good that we were going by,’ Moyer said. ‘It could have been worse.’
