BEVERLY -- A new royal court was chosen to reign over the Randolph County Fair this week at Camp Pioneer.
Kaylee Halterman was crowned the new Miss Randolph County Fair during the Aug. 17 pageant. Crowned as 2019 Miss Teen Randolph County Fair was Kourtney Jones.
Halterman and Jones will preside over the 2019 Randolph County Fair, in full swing this week. Halterman will also represent the Randolph County Fair in Charleston in January in the 2020 West Virginia Fairs and Festivals pageant.
In the Queen Division, First Runner-up to Halterman was McKenzie Arbaugh and Second Runner-up was Alison Warner. Emily Trader was awarded Miss Congeniality, which was voted on by the contestants; Alison Warner was chosen as Miss Photogenic; and Kaylee Halterman won the award for Best Exhibit.
In the Teen Division, First Runner-up was Averie Goshert; Second Runner-Up was Sydney Collett; Miss Congeniality was Averie Goshert; Miss Photogenic was Kourtney Jones; and Best Exhibit was awarded to Sydney Collett.
