BUCKHANNON -- A grand jury sitting in Upshur County returned indictments against 28 people on Monday.
Indictments include:
∫ David Charles Blagg, 25, of Tallmansville, was indicted on one count of fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference to the safety of others; one count of unlawful taking of a vehicle, a misdemeanor; and one misdemeanor count of shoplifting.
∫ Joshua Lucas Bland, 39, of Weston, was indicted on three felony counts of third-offense shoplifting and three felony counts of conspiracy.
∫ Stephanie Dawn Goff, 30, of Roanoke, was indicted on three felony counts of third offense shoplifting and three felony counts of conspiracy.
∫ Richard William Ferrant, 34, of Rock Cave, was indicted on one count of felony fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference to the safety of others; and one misdemeanor count of fleeing on foot.
∫ Wendy Richardson Evans, 53, of Buckhannon, is facing two felony counts of obtaining property in return for worthless check.
∫ Christopher George Eakins, 71, Buckhannon, if facing two felony counts of failure to provide a change in sex offender registration information, second offense.
∫ Ivy James Lane, 35, of Buckhannon, is facing two felony counts of failure to meet an obligation to pay support to a minor.
∫ April Mae Kelly, 34, of Buckhannon, was indicted on three felony counts of fraudulent use of an access device.
∫ Tammy Lou Helmick, 33, of Weston, is facing a felony count of third degree sexual assault; and one felony count of use of a minor in filming sexually explicit conduct.
∫ Brandon Todd Bennett, 27, of Buckhannon, was indicted on four counts of possession with the intent to deliver heroin, buprenorphine, fentanyl and methamphetamine
∫ Colton Lee Chipps, 22, of Walkersville, was indicted on three felony counts of fraudulent use of an access device; and three felony counts of conspiracy.
∫ Morganne Bianca Grubb, 22, of Weston, was indicted on three felony counts of fraudulent use of an access device; and three felony counts of conspiracy.
∫ Anthony Scott Gregory, 38, of Adrian, was indicted on one felony count of delivery of a controlled substance, marijuana; and four counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, methamphetamine and marijuana.
∫ Ashley Marie Johnson, 27, of Buckhannon, is facing one felony count of possession of a controlled substance, fentanyl, with the intent to deliver; and one felony count of conspiracy.
∫ Hannah Jordin McCartney, 31, of Buckhannon, is facing one felony count of possession of a controlled substance, fentanyl, with the intent to deliver; and one felony count of conspiracy.
∫ Zachary Anton McCartney, 28, of Crawford, was indicted on one count of conspiracy.
∫ Nathan Gregory Selmon, 37, of Arnoldsburg, was indicted on one felony count of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, methamphetamine; two misdemeanor counts of a prohibited person in possession of a firearm; and one misdemeanor count of obstructing an officer.
∫ Charles Richard Tenney, 29, of Adrian, was indicted on one felony count of driving while license revoked for DUI, third offense.
∫ Joshua Alden Tenney, 32, of Buckhannon, was indicted on one felony count of fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference to the safety of others; and one count of felony driving while license revoked for DUI third offense.
∫ Skybluewater Keys, 44, of Buckhannon, is facing three felony counts of obtaining possession of a controlled substance by misrepresentation, fraud, forgery, theft, deception or subterfuge; four felony counts of forgery and uttering; two felony counts of false claims; and one felony count of taking the identity of another.
∫ Ronald Eugene Thomas, 29, of Buckhannon, was indicted on one count of felony assault during the commission of a felony; and one felony count of destruction of property.
∫ Anthony Scott Gregory, 38, of Adrian, was indicted on two counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, marijuana and methamphetamine.
∫ James Anderson Roy, 54, of French Creek, is facing one felony count of failure to update sex offender registration information, second offense.
∫ Richard Wayne Pumphrey III, 40, of Buckhannon, was indicted on one count of DUI third offense; and one misdemeanor count of driving while license revoked for DUI, first offense.
∫ Jeffery Andrew Saltis, 27, of Buckhannon, is facing one felony count of burglary; and one felony count of conspiracy.
∫ Tia Destinee Miller, 22, of Buckhannon, was indicted on one felony count of burglary; and one felony count of conspiracy.
∫ Roger Glen Gooden II, 34, of Tallmansville, was indicted on two felony counts of domestic battery third or subsequent offense; one count of felony domestic assault third or subsequent offense; one misdemeanor count of violation of a protective order; and one misdemeanor count of unlawful restraint.
∫ Donald Paul Hull, 36, of French Creek, was indicted on five felony counts of prohibited person in possession of a firearm.
