BUCKHANNON — St. Joseph’s Hospital recently honored Toni Snyder with the Valued Inspired Person Award (VIP) for the hospital. Toni is a Mammographer in the Imaging Department.

Toni has done a wonderful job preparing her department for their inspections. Her hard work keeping procedures and reports on point led the inspector to comment that they were the most organized and easy to navigate he had ever seen.

“Toni has a big heart and goes above and beyond to ensure our patients can be confident that we are surpassing the national standards of safety and quality,” said Tom Nestor, Director of Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging. “She makes sure St. Joseph’s Mammography is a place that keeps women safe and returning for treatment.”

St. Joseph’s Hospital honors staff members with the Valued Inspired Person Award (VIP) on a bimonthly basis. The VIP Award is given to those who demonstrate the Christ values of the hospital: Compassion, Hospitality, Reverence, Interdependence, Stewardship and Trust.
