Randolph Grand Jury indicts 32

ELKINS — A Randolph County grand jury indicted 32 individuals Monday for a variety of charges, including strangulation, malicious assault and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.

Shawn Hevener, 36, of Beverly, was indicted on one count each of strangulation, battery and domestic battery, all felonies, and one count of destruction of property, a misdemeanor.

This case was brought to the grand jury by Special Prosecuting Attorney Frank Bush.

Zachary Justice Abbot, 29, of Elkins, was indicted on one count of burglary and one count of destruction of property, both felonies, and one count of domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

Hunter Michael Aragon, 23, an inmate at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail, was indicted on one count of malicious assault upon a governmental representative, a felony, and one count of offense committed by inmate, a felony.

James Clay Arbogast, 52, an inmate at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail, was indicted on one count each of fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference, fleeing in a vehicle while driving under the influence and destruction of property, all felonies, and three counts of assault upon a law enforcement officer, a misdemeanor.

Holden Lee Ashworth, 25, of Wake Forest, North Carolina, was indicted on one count each of possession by prohibited person of a firearm, a Felony and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, both felonies, and one count each of possession with intent to deliver an imitation controlled substance and driving under the influence, both misdemeanors.

Rebecca Lou Blankenship, 47, an inmate at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail, was indicted on one count of driving while license revoked for DUI, third or subsequent offense, a felony.

In a separate and unrelated indictment, Blankenship was charged with one count of driving while license revoked for DUI, third or subsequent offense, a felony, and one count of no registration, a misdemeanor.

Josue Mateo Bonilla, 38, of Beverly, was indicted on three counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, a felony, one count of possession of fentanyl, a felony, and one count of carrying a concealed firearm by a person prohibited from possessing a firearm, a felony.

Clyde Jennings Bowman, 41, of Grafton, was indicted on one count each of transportation of controlled substances onto the grounds of a correctional facility and possession of a controlled substance by inmate, both felonies.

Leonard Douglas Byers, 31, of Stanley, Virginia, was indicted on one count each of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and conspiracy, both felonies.

Michelle Lillian Cain, 53, an inmate at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail, was indicted on one count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, a felony, and one count of knowingly, keeping or maintaining a dwelling, building, or other structure or place for the purpose of using or selling controlled substances, a misdemeanor.

In a separate and unrelated incident, Cain was indicted on one count each of delivery of a controlled substance and conspiracy, both felonies.

Corbin Dale Chewning, 27, of Coalton, was indicted on one count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, a felony, and one count of possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.

Donald Larry Erdman, 46, of Summersville, was indicted on two counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian, or person in a position of trust to a child, a felony, and one count of soliciting a minor via computer, a felony.

Patrick Leroy Brown, 31, an inmate at Huttonsville Correctional Center, was indicted on one count of conspiracy, a felony, two counts of possession of a controlled substance by inmate, a felony, two counts of offense committed by inmate, a felony, and three counts of attempted possession of a controlled substance by inmate, a felony.

Ryan Keith Jackson, 34, an inmate at Huttonsville Correctional Center, was indicted on one count of conspiracy, a felony, two counts of possession of a controlled substance by inmate, a felony, two counts of offense committed by inmate, a felony, and three counts of attempted possession of a controlled substance by inmate, a felony.

Elicca Diana Sycafoose, 48, of Beverly, was indicted on two counts of transportation of controlled substances onto the grounds of a correctional facility, a felony, two counts of delivery of contraband to an inmate, a felony, three counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, a felony, and one count of conspiracy, a felony.

Kerry Renee Fell, 43, of Gerrardstown, was indicted on two counts of transportation of controlled substances onto the grounds of a correctional facility, a felony, two counts of delivery of contraband to an inmate, a felony, three counts of delivery of a controlled substance, a felony, and one count of conspiracy, a felony.

Luther Mark Ford, 46, an inmate at Tygart Valley Regional Jail, was indicted on one count of delivery of a controlled substance, a felony.

In a separate and unrelated indictment, Ford was indicted on one count of strangulation, a felony, one count of attempted malicious assault, a felony, one count of domestic battery, a misdemeanor, and one count of unlawful restraint, a misdemeanor.

Vincent Paul Gibson, 36, an inmate at Salem Correctional Center, was indicted on four counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, second offense, a felony, and one count of possession of a controlled substance by inmate, a felony.

Christopher Chase Lothes, 24, of Elkins, was indicted on four counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, a felony, one count of possession of fentanyl, a felony, one count of delivery of a controlled substance, a felony, and one count of conspiracy, a felony.

Kallee Nora McLaughlin, of Elkins, was indicted on four counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, a felony, one count of possession of fentanyl, a felony, one count of delivery of a controlled substance, a felony, and one count of conspiracy, a felony.

Brandon Keith Pack, 25, an inmate of Huttonsville Correctional Center, was indicted on one count each of offense committed by inmate, attempted possession of a controlled substance by inmate, and conspiracy, all felonies.

Tajasia Ny’shea Hamby, 24, of Morgantown, was indicted on one count each of transportation of controlled substances onto the grounds of a correctional facility, attempted delivery of contraband to an inmate, delivery of a dontrolled substance, and conspiracy, all felonies.

Austin Jay Robinson, 22, an inmate at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail, was indicted on two counts of possession by prohibited person of a firearm, a felony.

Cheryl Marie Rosier, 47, of Elkins, was indicted on one count of shoplifting, third offense, a felony.

Stephanie Ann Shay, 34, an inmate of Lakin Correctional Center, was indicted on one count each of transportation of controlled substances onto the grounds of a correctional facility, attempted delivery of contraband to an inmate, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and conspiracy, all felonies.

Willard James Thomas III, 32, of Reedsville, was indicted on one count each of attempted possession of a controlled substance by inmate, offense committed by inmate, and conspiracy, all felonies.

Timothy Michael Shumaker, 30, an inmate of Huttonsville Correctional Center, was indicted on one count each of possession of a controlled substance by inmate, and offense committed by inmate, both felonies.

Hank Williams Smith, 28, of Beverly, was indicted on one count of leaving the scene of a crash involving serious bodily injury, a felony.

Robert Michael Sparks, 39, an inmate at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail, was indicted on one count each of fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference, driving while license revoked for DUI, third offense, receiving stolen goods, and conspiracy, all felonies.

Lindsey Jay Studer, 49, of Wheeling, was indicted on one count of possession of a stolen vehicle, a felony.

Robert Jimmy Allen Wolford, 33, of Elkins, was indicted on one count of illegal possession of destructive device, explosive material or incendiary device, one count of possession of motor vehicle without manufacturer’s serial number or other distinguishing number or identification mark, one count of possession of a stolen vehicle, and false evidences or forgery of title or registration, all felonies.

Anthony Francis Silvester, 42, of Elkins, was indicted on two counts of delivery of a controlled substance, second offense, a felony.

Bond return for the indictments will be on Nov. 1 at 1:30 p.m., at which time bond will be set and trial dates will be determined.
