According to a press release from the Upshur County Sheriff’s Office, multiple law enforcement officers executed warrants throughout Upshur County on Thursday that resulted in 15 people facing a total of 40 charges.

Officers seized two illegal firearms, 1,830 heroin/fentanyl stamps, 10 grams of methamphetamine, $6,516 in currency and three-quarters of a pound of illegal ginseng, according to the releases.

“The street value of the drugs was approximately $36,000,” the release states. “These departments still have ongoing investigations that will result in more drug arrests.”

Those arrested on Thursday included:

Radcliff

Brittany Bevins, 27. who is being held on a $25,000 cash bond in Tygart Valley Regional Jail;

John Emerich, 61, who is being held on a $25,000 cash bond in Tygart Valley Regional Jail;

Richard Thomas Fogle III, 31, who is being held on a total of $100,000 in cash bonds in TVRJ;

Susan McDowell Lutz, 38, who is being held on a total of $43,000 in cash bonds at TVRJ;

Eric Wade McClure, 30, who is being held on a $25,000 cash bond in TVRJ;

Emerich

Amy Lynn Milligan, 52, who is being held on a $15,000 cash bond in TVRJ;

Emily Sierra Nolan, 28, who is being held on a $25,000 in TVRJ;

Price Javon Patterson, 35, who is being held on a $10,000 cash bond in TVRJ;

Marika Shantel Phillips, 25, who is being held on a $5,000 cash or surety bond in TVRJ;

John W. Plivelich, 42, who is being held on a $15,000 cash bond in TVRJ;

Fogle

Joseph M. Primovero, 44, who is being held on a $15,000 cash bond in TVRJ;

Jamie Andrew Radcliff , 34, who is being held on a $25,000 cash bond in TVRJ;

William T. Wolfe, 38, who is being held on a $30,000 cash bond in TVRJ.

Also arrested were Anthony Coleman Bryant and Kelly J. O’Dell, according to officials.
