Duke’s to Reopen on Harrison Avenue

Heavy equipment under the control of Vince Judy of Iron Horse Enterprises works to create a parking space for the house on Harrison Avenue in Elkins where Duke’s owner D.K. Golden has confirmed the longtime restaurant will reopen in the near future.
