ELKINS — A Randolph County grand jury returned indictments against 35 individuals Monday, for alleged crimes including attempted murder, sexual abuse and kidnapping.

Joshua Aaron Walther, 35, an inmate at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail, was indicted on one felony count of attempted first degree murder; one felony count of wanton endangerment involving a firearm; one felony count of wanton endangerment involving a firearm; one felony count of burglary; and one felony count of use or presentation of a firearm during commission of a felony.

Steven David Anderson, 63, of Huttonsville, was indicted on 17 felony counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or custodian; two felony counts of sexual assault in the first degree; one felony count of assault during the commission of or attempt to commit a felony; one felony count of wanton endangerment involving a firearm; two felony counts of incest; one felony count of sexual abuse in the first degree; and five felony counts of child abuse resulting in bodily injury.

Brandon Shane Armstrong, 37, of Beverly, was indicted on one felony count of possession of a controlled substance by an inmate; and one felony count of an offense committed by an inmate.

David Joseph Biggs, 31, of Belington, was indicted on one felony count of breaking and entering; and one felony count of destruction of property.

Bobby Lee Burnley, 34, an inmate at Tygart Valley Regional Jail, was indicted on one felony count of burglary; one felony count of grand larceny; two felony counts of conspiracy; two misdemeanor counts of contributing to the delinquency of a child; one felony count of kidnapping or concealing a child; and three felony counts of child neglect creating risk of serious bodily or death.

Jessica Dawn White, 42, of Elkins, was indicted on one felony count of kidnapping or concealing a child; one felony count of conspiracy; and three felony counts of child neglect creating risk of serious bodily injury or death.

Kourtney Lynn Cohenour, 24, of Marlinton, was indicted on two felony counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; one felony count of conspiracy; and two misdemeanor counts of battery upon a law officer, a felony.

Eugene Paul Wimer, 43, of Durbin, was indicted on two felony counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; and one felony count of conspiracy.

David Alan Conti, 37, of Mill Creek, was indicted on one felony count of failure to register as a sexual offender or provide notice of registration changes.

Dominic Eugene Currence, 20, of Huttonsville, was indicted on four felony counts of sexual assault in the third degree.

Glenn Wilson Fasick, 40, an inmate at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail, was indicted on one felony count of burglary; one felony count of destruction of property; and one felony count of conspiracy.

Cynthia Nicole White, 35, of Elkins, was indicted on one felony count of burglary; one felony count of destruction of property; and one felony count of conspiracy.

David Aaron Howell, 47, an inmate at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail, was indicted on one felony count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; and two misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Gregory Lee Howell, 36, an inmate at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail, was indicted on one felony count of grand larceny; and one felony count of conspiracy.

Brian Keith Welch, 29, an inmate at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail, was indicted on one felony count of grand larceny; and one felony count of conspiracy.

Adam Ray Isner, 38, an inmate at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail, was indicted on one felony count of grand larceny; and one felony count of conspiracy.

Catherine Marie Cameron, 38, an inmate at Tygart Valley Regional Jail, was indicted on one felony count of grand larceny; and one felony count of conspiracy.

Nathaniel David Kirkpatrick, 21, of Valley Band, was indicted on three felony counts of sexual assault in the first degree; and three felony counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or a custodian.

Jennifer Fay Lambert, 35, of Mill Creek, was indicted on one count of shoplifting – third offense.

Richard Allen Manuel, 50, an inmate at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail, was indicted on one felony count of destruction of property.

Christopher Joseph Markley, 29, of Beverly, was indicted on felony count of sexual assault in the first degree; three felony counts of sexual abuse in the first degree; two felony counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or custodian; one felony count of incest; one felony count of strangulation; and one felony count of child abuse resulting in bodily injury.

Tony Allen McClung, 37, of Elkins, was indicted on three felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance.

Aaron Joseph McFarland, 32, of Elkins, was indicted on two felony counts of failure to register as a sexual offender or provide notice of registration changes.

Jamie Lee Owens, 41, of Flemington, was indicted on one felony count of possession of a controlled substance by an inmate; one felony count of possession of a controlled substance by an inmate; and one felony count of offense committed by an inmate.

Anthony Francis Silvester III, 44, an inmate at Tygart Valley Regional Jail, was indicted on one felony count of failure to appear; and one felony count of escape by persons in custody of institutions or officers.

Jeremy Lee Spadafore, 30, of Morgantown, was indicted on two felony counts of transportation of a controlled substance onto the grounds of a correctional facility; and one felony count of offense committed by an inmate.

Daniel Ryan Spencer, 36, an inmate at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail, was indicted on two felony counts of failure to register as a sexual offender or provide notice of registration changes.

Jennifer Vern Storc, 38, of Reedsville, was indicted on one felony count of driving while license revoked for DUI – third offense.

Joseph Wayne Strawder, 29, of Elkins, was indicted on two felony counts of soliciting a minor via computer; one felony count of attempted employment or use of a minor to produce obscene matter of assist in doing sexually explicit conduct; one felony count of attempted use of a minor in filming sexually explicit conduct; and three felony counts of distribution and display to a minor of obscene matter.

Joshua Lee Thornhill, 35, of Beverly, was indicted on one felony count of grand larceny; and one misdemeanor count of possession of a controlled substance.

Charles Scott Vinson-Simmons, 34, an inmate of the Tygart Valley Regional Jail, was indicted on one felony count of delivery of a controlled substance; and one felony count of conspiracy.

Lacey Marie McMillan, 34, of Morgantown, was indicted on one felony count of delivery of a controlled substance; and one felony count of conspiracy.

Caleb Lee Goodwin, 31, an inmate at Tygart Valley Regional Jail, was indicted on two counts of delivery of a controlled substance; and one count of conspiracy.

Carrie Sue Collins, 44, of Elkins, was indicted on six felony counts of Medicaid fraud; and one felony count of fraudulent schemes.

Bond return for the indictments will be on July 24 at 1:30 p.m., at which time bond will be set and trial dates will be determined.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
