The City of Elkins Wastewater Department worked on cleaning and repairing the public sewer line under Randolph Avenue located next to the Davis Memorial Presbyterian Church on Monday. The work is likely to be extended through the week. Traffic disruptions in the area are expected between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
