ELKINS -- A $50,000 winning scratch-off ticket was sold at Mountaineer Mart in Elkins, the West Virginia Lottery announced this week.
A customer known as "Shirley L." bought the $10 Big Halloween Treat scratch-off ticket, officials said.
There are three $50,000 winning tickets in the limited edition lottery game, and Shirley L. is the first $50,000 winner since the game began, back on Aug. 29.
There are still two $50,000 winning tickets remaining, according to the West Virginia Lottery website.
There is no end date for the game, but there are a limited number of tickets.
A total of 72 $500 Big Halloween Treat tickets have not yet been purchased, officials said.
