Power Trucks Planting Poles

The Inter-Mountain photo by Edgar Kelley Part of Second Street in downtown Elkins was closed to traffic this week while employees from Mon Power installed a new power pole on the street. The traffic light on First Street and Davis Avenue was also affected and was not functioning during some of the work.
