Leadership Randolph class announced
ELKINS — The Leadership Randolph Class of 2025 was announced Monday.
Leadership Randolph is a program of the Elkins-Randolph County Chamber that seeks to develop and prepare leaders to move Randolph County forward.
Officials said the Chamber received more applications for this year’s class than they did for the class of ’23 or ’24.
“That fact made the selection process difficult, but it also means a talented, diverse class will participate in this unique program,” a Chamber press release states.
“Leadership Randolph is a quality educational experience for a select group of individuals from Randolph County. The Class of 2025 has individuals with various backgrounds and many different professions. Their age range and backgrounds will also provide diverse perspectives as they learn and grow together as leaders ready to make a difference in our community,” said Lisa Wood, Chamber Executive Director and Coordinator of the Leadership Randolph program.

The Leadership Randolph program is managed by graduates of Leadership West Virginia residing in Randolph County, referred to as Leadership Randolph Ambassadors. Each session is facilitated by an ambassador or Chamber member with expertise in that session’s topic. Sessions include presentations, panel discussions, small group experiences, and, most importantly, field trips to various businesses and organizations across the county.
