HUTTONSVILLE - The Randolph County Sheriff’s Office reported a fatal accident involving a pedestrian that occurred early Tuesday morning.
At approximately 1:52 p.m., "911 dispatched a vehicle accident involving a pedestrian at the Huttonsville Par-Mar," an RCSP press release states. "Deputy Davis and I, Deputy Pingley, responded to this location. The accident was fatal for the pedestrian."
The name of the deceased has not yet been released, pending family notification. The accident is currently under investigation, the release states, adding more details will be released at the conclusion of the investigation.
