he Inter-Mountain photos by Edgar Kelley A large group of residents came out for Saturday’s ‘Hands Off’ rally at the Randolph County Courthouse in Elkins. At one point, both sides of Randolph Avenue had people protesting.

Many of the protesters held signs during the rally, which took place across the United States.
