Six arrested by Mountain Region Drug and Violent Crime Task Force
BUCKHANNON – Six individuals were arrested by the Mountain Region Drug and Violent Crime Task Force last week, officials announced Monday.
The Task Force was assisted by the Upshur County Sheriff’s Office, Buckhannon Police Department and West Virginia State Police on May 8. The following people were charged:
Kiley Ann Pason of Buckhannon was charged with delivery of a controlled substance methamphetamine and delivery of a controlled substance within 1000 feet of a school;
Katelynn Marie Wine of Buckhannon was charged with conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance methamphetamine;
Kelly Dawn Harvey of Buckhannon was charged with delivery of a controlled substance fentanyl, possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, conspiracy to deliver fentanyl and delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school;
Joshua Dale Cutright of Buckhannon was charged with conspiracy to deliver of a controlled substance methamphetamine and delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school;
John Gary Oldaker of Buckhannon was charged with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine;
Robert James Arbogast of Buckhannon was charged with delivery of a controlled substance methamphetamine and delivery of a controlled substance within 1000 feet of a school;
“More arrests are pending due to individuals unable to be located,” a Monday press release announcing the arrests stated.
The Mountain Region Drug and Violent Crime Task Force includes members of the Upshur County Sheriffs Office, Buckhannon Police Department, Randolph County Sheriff’s Office, Lewis County Sheriff’s Office, Elkins Police Department and West Virginia State Police.
