23 indicted by Randolph Grand Jury

ELKINS – A total of 23 individuals were indicted by a Randolph County Grand Jury Monday, on charges including wanton endangerment, sexual assault and grand larceny.

Eddie Ray Collins, 33, of Elkins, was indicted on one count of wanton endangerment involving a firearm, a felony; and one count of assault and one count of possession by prohibited person of a firearm, both misdemeanors.

Willard Blaine Herron, 76, of Randolph County, was indicted on one count of sexual assault in the first degree, nine counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, or custodian, six counts of sexual abuse in the first degree, and two counts of sexual abuse in the first degree, all felonies.

Eric Lynn Armstrong, 42, an inmate at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail, was indicted on two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, second offense, a felony; one count of possession of a controlled substance, and one count of knowingly, keeping or maintaining a dwelling, building, or other structure or place for the purpose of using or selling controlled substances, both misdemeanors.

John Kenneth Beam, 45, of Belington, was indicted on one count of failure to meet an obligation to provide support for a minor, a felony.

Justin Thomas Fortney, 40, an inmate at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail, was indicted on two counts of burglary, and one count of unlawful assault, both felonies; and one count of petit larceny, and one count of destruction of property, both misdemeanors.

Jarrod Tyson Kile, 46, of Seneca Rocks, was indicted on two counts of malicious assault, a felony.

Benjamin Todd Marcum, 44, an inmate at Huttonsville Correctional Center, was indicted on one count of transportation of controlled substances onto the grounds of a correctional facility, one count of offense committed by inmate, one count of attempted possession of a controlled substance by inmate, and one count of conspiracy, all felonies.

Natalie Jane McCarty, 27, of Mill Creek, was indicted on one count of shoplifting, third offense, a felony; and three counts of possession of a controlled substance, a Misdemeanor.

Stephanie Louise Miller, 41, of Elkins, was indicted on one count of malicious assault, and one count of destruction of property, both felonies; and one count of harassment, and one count of false information, both misdemeanors.

James Richard Norman, Jr., 45, an inmate at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail, was indicted on one count of fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference, a felony; and one count of destruction of property, and one count of driving while license suspended, third offense, both misdemeanors.

Jaden Lamar Rogers, 22, of Middletown, Delaware, was indicted on three counts of fraudulent use of an access device, a felony.

James Brice Scott, 19, of Valley Head, was indicted on two counts of driving under the influence causing serious bodily injury, a felony; and one count of driving under the influence with minors in the vehicle, one count of reckless driving, one count of operating a motor vehicle exceeding speed limitations, and one count of failure to maintain control, all misdemeanors.

Charles Blaine Simmons, 53, of Elkins, was indicted on one count of fraudulent schemes, a felony.

Rocky Allen Tingler, 60, of Glady, was indicted on one count of destruction of property, and one count of conspiracy, both felonies.

Megan Raye Daniels, 37, of Beverly, was indicted on one count of attempted distribution or selling of hemp-derived cannabinoid product to a person under the age of 21, and one count of delivery of a controlled substance, both felonies.

Abdeahmed Salem Saleh Gahlan, 27, an inmate at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail, was indicted on one count of distribution or selling of hemp-derived cannabinoid product to a person under the age of 21, a felony.

Brandi Nicole Harris, 42, of Elkins, was indicted on two counts of distribution or selling of hemp-derived cannabinoid product to a person under the age of 21 a felony.

Abbigayle Grace Holsberry, 19, of Elkins, was indicted on one count of attempted distribution or selling of hemp-derived cannabinoid product to a person under the age of 21, and one count of delivery of a controlled substance, both felonies.

Hussam Abdullah Almontaser, 21, of Brooklyn, New York, was indicted on one count of distribution or selling of hemp-derived cannabinoid product to a person under the age of 21, a felony.

Ali Abdulsalam Hussein Qasem, 30, of Brooklyn, New York, was indicted on one count of distribution or selling of hemp-derived cannabinoid product to a person under the age of 21, a felony.

Stanley Roy Watson, Jr., 38, an inmate at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail, was indicted on one count of grand larceny, and one count of conspiracy, both felonies.

Dale Michael Jackson, Jr., 60, of Elkins, was indicted on one count of grand larceny, and one count of conspiracy, both felonies.

Jamie Aaron Witek, 43, of Beverly, was indicted on two counts of fraudulent schemes, a felony.

Bond Return for the indictments returned Monday will be later this month, at which time bond will be set and trial dates will be determined.
