Overturned Truck Pulled Out of Water

The Inter-Mountain photos by Joe Blankenship On Tuesday morning, emergency crews discovered a pickup truck upside down in a creek after it had crashed through guardrails on Route 32 near Harman. Randolph County Sheriff Rob Elbon confirmed that the driver of the vehicle had left the scene of the crash before emergency workers arrived, and that the Sheriff’s Office was actively searching for the driver.
