The Inter-Mountain photo by Taylor McKinnie A parade is scheduled for Friday beginning at 9 a.m. in honor of the Rosie the Riveter statue that will be placed in All-Veterans Memorial Park in downtown Elkins. The parade will begin at the Tygart Valley Mall and will run down Harrison Avenue to 11th Street. The statue will then be taken up Davis Avenue to Fourth Street before heading down Railroad Avenue to its final destination. A groundbreaking event for the statue took place Monday morning.
